Can't beat the location!!! Staff, Claudia, was very helpfuyl and friendly!
Our room had no heat control and they couldn't fix it on a timely basis. Had to give up a good room for a much smaller, uncomfortable room.

The room was dirty. The heating system wasn´t working when I arrived.There´s no cleaning or even change of towels. And also there´s no mountain view as promised in the website.

No reason to complain, the venue met my needs. Great place to stay, clean, everything was excellent. The rooms were reasonably large with majestic views and had all necessary facilities. There were a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator upon arrival.

I appreciated how spacious, clean the room was and the hotel's prime location made it too easy to stroll to charming eateries, less than a 5-minute walk to the Blue Moose Restaurant and a quick trip to the nearby Isak Heartstone Troll.

Really good outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
I was quite disappointed with my stay. The lack of soundproofing made it hard to get a good night's sleep, as I could hear everything from the hallway and above. The breakfast offerings were inconsistent, with fewer options on some days, a letdown for our family especially since we hoped for a hearty start to our mornings.
